Organization

I am always looking for some remedy to my crazy, unsorted, life. I want things to flow with ease, yet they generally don't. If everything was in its designated place I just think I would be able to spend time developing myself and life the way I want it. However, there isn't enough time for creating that well-placed environment, it seems. I have even toyed with the idea of developing a spell which would make time stretch; I just think that may work against me in the long run. So, the plan is to develop my space and body in increments.

Everyday there is something that has to be done for the mind, body, spirit and home. Here is a table:

Mind

Body

Spirit

Home

Reading

Writing

Meditation

Charting

Website

Practice

Walking

Running

Rollerblading

Biking

Dancing

Yoga

Painting

Yoga

Meditation

Puja

Ritual

Writing

Dishes

Gardening

Vacuum

Laundry

Filing

Dusting

It seems that a lot of the activities do cross over, like yoga. Yoga is good for my body, mind and spirit, but I have to make sure my carpet is clean before attempting it!

I feel like I am on a hamster wheel, sometimes. Breaking that repetition it where magickal practice comes in handy. A friend of mine used to call these things "not-doings", even though you are doing something. In essence, one isn't doing anything at all.

The important thing to remember is that each activity should not overwhelm. It should allow a small sense of accomplishment and make room for simplicity, and eventually the elusive organization.
